[Plugin: Availability Calendar] Day starts on Monday instead of Sunday

Is there a way to change the settings so the calendar week starts on Sunday instead of Monday? I see where I need to re-order the days of the week in calendar.php but not sure what string of code needs to be changed.

Any ideas?
