Title returns on link as "Document Moved" | WordPress.org

In the Page Source code, the title for http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress comes up as “document moved” instead of Apple and Android App Questions and Answers”. In Page Source the following code is found: <title>Apple and Android App Questions and Answers</title>.
Any idea what is wrong?

I can’t see anything wrong with the title on that page.

When I use http://www.mypagerank.net, the Meta Tags Analysis tool, it comes up with the title “Document Moved.” When I sent my brother a message on FaceBook that I had a website and typed in the link, the title on the link was “Document Moved.” That tells me there is a problem and Google cannot find my page.

The problem is not with the title. I found out that when I express my URL as http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress/ instead of http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress (without the final slash) it works fine and my title comes up properly.
