Plugin Identification help

Hi guys, my first post on here. I had a related posts plugin installed before I relaunched my website with a new theme. The related posts were displayed in a small grey box at the end of the posts, no excerpts.

After I launched the new theme the related posts no longer showed up. However, I still have WP Related Posts installed but when I activated, it looks nothing like the previous look.

To my knowledge, the related posts plugin I had before didn’t have any customizations and looked that way (grey box) out of the box.

Any help in identifying this plugin is appreciated.
