Import/Export Question

Hey guys,

Sorry if this is confusing. Bear with me.

I have two sites I’m working with right now:

AND

http://theinfluenceofteachers.com/

Nothing is on the second site. I just own the name.

I’m trying to EXPORT all the content from the WordPress onto the non-WordPress URL.

When I just tried to IMPORT the XML file, I got this message:

Unable to create directory /home/theinflu/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I don’t know what to do now. It doesn’t seem like I have any options to click on anything or resolve it.

Anyone have any ideas? I need to do this for work and it’s crushing me.
