    Hey,

I’m having problem installing PHPlist. It seams to be a great plugin to send newsletters, but I can’t get it to work.

After 2 days of search, I finally understood that the plugin I’ve installed (called phplist-form-integration) needs another file to work.
Rhaaaa! That info should have been in uppercase on the description…

Ok so I downloaded the needed files (phplist-2.10.13).

Then I’m stuck. Where do I have to put this folder on my wordpress installation? On the plugin directory?
And then, how to tell PHPlist how to find this directory? I assume that is the “PHPList URL” entry on the settings, but how to reach the plugin directory?

By the way I’m using Wp 3.1.1 on Wamp server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx

    Julien

A small update for those in the same situation…

I managed to access PHPlist Admin page after installing the “list” folder (the one in phplist-2.10.13) at the root of my WP installation. You also have to create a database for PHPlist, didn’t tried but it might work with a table on the already existing database (the wordpress one).

Then you have to go to the adresse of your site (http://nameofyourWPsite/lists/admin).

You’ll be asked to fill your Id and pass to enter the Admin UI. And I’m stuck here. Invalid password… To be continued.
