[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Plugin changes permalinks structure – can't change back!

    The plugin seems to change the permalinks structure, adding
    /blog/

    My custom structure used to be:
    /%postname%/

    Now it is
    /blog/%postname%/

    I cannot remove the “/blog/” part, since it’s greyed out.

    Any idea what could be wrong?

    The plugin doesn’t do this, I bet you’ve moved to a multi site and upgraded? It’s core WordPress doing that, to prevent collisions between post names and blog names.
