Failed to load media

I’m extremely new to this so if the explanation below doesn’t make any sense I apologize.

For some reason when I loaded the theme, the image files did not copy to the correct directory on my website. I discovered this by looking at the image’s url and trying to find that specific file using Filezilla. When I couldn’t find it I simply transfered that file (actually the entire directory was missing) from my hard drive to my host.
