Can't Login to WP-Admin?

I am having trouble logging in to my wordpress blog. The only way to get in it seems is to reset the password each time.

For some reason when trying to login the url goes from http://mysite.com/blog/wp-admin to http://mysite.com//blog/wp-login.php?redirect……

I am not sure why the second forward space before the blog file and why it redirects. I have never had this problem with other wordpress blogs.

Anyone had this happen before? Any ideas?
