redirect searchengine queries

is there a plugin that can direct a Search engine query to the correct landing page.
example:
I have a website http://birthdaypartytheme.org/
with a number of interior pages like this one:
http://birthdaypartytheme.org/personalized-birthday-party-themes/32-personalized-party-themes.

When I look at my statistics for the past 90 days I find a lot of queries containing “personalized Birthday” that land on http://birthdaypartytheme.org/ and the visitor does not click on the menu item but bounces of the page.

My idea is to find a plugin that takes the searchquery from the internet (Google?)parses the words and if it contains “personalize”
the visitor is automatically directed to the proper page or post.
that way the chances of retaining visitors on my site would be vastly improved.
Is there anyone that can help?
