Inconsistent plugin settings locations

    Hi,
    I have a wordpress installation with a couple of 3th party plugins that are (in my opinion) really messing up the backend.

    Instead of putting settings pages just under the plugin name on the plugin page a lot of random buttons/links are being introduced in the sidebar and/or under the extra tab and or/under the plugin tab…

    I want to remove all these buttons and just put these links where they belong.

    How can I achieve this?
