WordPress landing page

I am new to CMS web design and need to make a landing page using WordPress using this style of layout.

Is this possible in WordPress and if so how would I go about doing it? And are there any themes that simulate this style?

I can code and design so that’s no problem, but I need pointing in the right direction.
