[plugin – site creation wizard] error message

I downloaded plugin site creation wizard from “http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/site-creation-wizard/” and install it. It installed properly but
when I click on “Create New Site” below dashboard
Message Shows
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_site() in /home/idiots2/public_html/careerinaviation.in/wp-content/plugins/site-creation-wizard/site-creation-wizard.php on line 418”
