Visible on site

    Why is this code visible on my site? <php bloginfo(‘stylesheet_directory’); ?>
    I am using the silent film theme, but I didn’t want to use their image, so I took out their image but left this code so that the site displays properly. It’s now displaying properly but this string of code is visible. Any ideas for how I can make the code invisible but keep the look of the site?

    (my site is larryspearslive.com) any help would be much appreciated!!
