[Plugin: WP Carousel] Carousel widget bars don't load in setup page

I have a website where the carousel setup page won’t load the widget bars.
(these are expanded and you can’t drag them)

Here is what I mean:

I tried it in Firefox 4, IE 9 and Chrome 11, for both WP Carousel 0.5.3 and the 1.0 beta.

I tried WP carousel on a different website and it works fine.
So I’m thinking it may be a plugin conflict? Or maybe an ajax conflict?
