Does nextgen-gallery have a cache?

Hi there,

I have been playing with nextgen gallery quite a bit and have been uploading various images. Each gallery is assigned an id with each picture being assigned a number.

Because I was doing many “test” galleries the gallery id is now at 7, however I do not want galleries 1 through 6, also, the image id is now at 34, however I do not want half of these images.

I have deleted these galleires an images, however when I ad a new image it still increases the id from its previous location.

Being aware of databases I must now have loads of blank entries, is there a way to clear this at all and to reset the gallery id and image id back to a more ordered level?
