Permalink – Swedish

Hi,

I have a small issue with permalinks. As my blog is in Swedish, I often use å, ä and ö in my posttitles.

Recently I have noticed that I use the tag %postname% it removes å, ä, ö whilest it preveusly changed å, ä, ö to a or o.

Example:
If the title is “Hård dag på jobbet”
I would like the like to be /hard-dag-pa-jobbet
But instead I get /hrd-dag-p-jobbet

So how do I change this?
