Link not visible on page

    Hi,

    I have been using WP for about a week and I have a simple problem, that I tried to search, but found no answer.

    On editing a page I wish to place a link to my non-WP website. I clicked on the HTML tab on the top of my “edit page” field. I saw the blue underlined “link” button. I clicked on that button, put my link in the field.

    After updating the page I checked the page and didn’t see the link, but when I moved my cursor over the link and clicked then I was send to non-WP website.

    My goal was to place a link on the page that can be seen of course. Can you explain how to fix this simple problem?
