Hide navigation sub menues while loading

I was wondering if there is a way of hiding the drop down menus while the page is loading. Check http://www.hikmah.co.uk/site on the top right corner. all those subcategories appear for a couple of seconds while the page loads then they disappear. is there anyway of stopping them from appearing. thanks
