Widget area showing twice and weird CSS

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me.

I have a blog with two widgets either side of the main content are.Please see here:

But a couple of strange things are happening. The first is that the widget are on the left (called primary) seems to be displaying twice even though there is only one widget in it. You can see the edge of the border in just poking out at the top and you can inspect it in firebug. Would anyone know why that is?

The second widget area on the right (which has no widgets in it at the moment) works fine until I put in the CSS for borders `border: 3px solid #99cd77;’ and then it goes to hell and dissappers. Strangely enough when I change the CSS here it also makes the left widget area mess up as well.

Can anyone help me out?
