[Plugin:WP-Banner] Banner client info will not come up (pls help!)

I created a new banner client, and the banner is showing at the bottom of my blog. Two problems – the top banner will now not appear if the bottom banner is. Second, when I try to go in to the bottom banner’s info to deactivate it, the information will not show up. It will go back to the default of create a new banner.

Please help! Why won’t it let me go into that specific banner profile? I need to delete it so that my top banner shows at all times (they’re a paying sponsor).

I have also tried to delete the plugin and reinstall, but all that does is bring back all of my stored info, which creates the same problem.
