[Plugin: Twitter Blackbird Pie] Timestamp Wrong, UTC Offset Issue?

The timestamp for this tweet is coming out 7 hours ahead of the actual time. You can click on the embedded tweet here and see Twitter’s true timestamp:

I believe it’s using UTC time instead of local time, which is set to correctly in my general WordPress settings. Mine is set to “Los Angeles” and I can see that UTC time is seven hours ahead. It appears the offset isn’t working.
