Trouble moving WordPress site

I tried to move my WordPress site, but I seem to have done it incorrectly. The main homepage is showing up just fine at the new URL, but the internal pages are not (they aren’t showing up at all, in fact, because the old location is empty).

I think my problem is that I accidentally moved the files before changing the URLs. According to the codex, I should then either use a symlink (option 1) or change the URLs in the database (option 2). I don’t know how to do option 1 and I option 2 isn’t working (the URLs in the database have already been changed).
