Contact Form 7 table problem

Hi,
I just installed Contact Form 7 but get this message after activating it:

“The database table for Contact Form 7 does not exist. You must create the table for it to work.”

When I click the link on “..create the table..” the page just reloades and nothing happends. I’ve tried to unistall and do it all over again with the same result.

I see that many people have this problem, but I couldnt find helpful solution yet. I have tried to change permissions, but it did not help. I would like to create table my self, but I dont know exactly how to do it. Could you guys help to solve this problem, or give some little tutorial here about how to create this specific table or fix this problem?
I, and I think many others would really appreciate it.
