I/O Error in Uploading Image

    My blog http://www.fever18.com is showing an I/O error while i trying to upload an image.
    Is this a problem with WordPress 3.1 or there is some plugin which is interfering with my WP Blog files.
    The Error showing after Uploading an Image is this:-

    What can I do to fix this issue ?

    use another watermark plugin?

    Thanks a lot Samuel Sir,
    My problem is resolved now.
    I am Having Problem with watermark Plugin due to which i am unable to Upload the images.
