Website not loading for host

    When i open my site this comes up iam baffeld can anyone help?

    error says this file is missing
    /wp-includes/load.php
    which is indicative of more files missing
    upload your /wp-includes folder again

    In ‘filezilla’ i dragged the folder ‘word press’ in again and overrided all the files but i still have the error?
