Websites being redirected

Hello

Ever since I have installed WP, I have had problems. When I open a browser and type in a web address, I am redirected to the following page:
http://www.questbrowse.com/b.cgi?bk=H8QuaChmletyRp*WECjpublinRPRLI3Ah29Gs2vrxGBbczhvKCAma-ZEBKJxH8BJ1PGx2WvgpReqZZLW8-LcdMaDKTvkOWYm7*my0FkvWQ-igTIawsh*-QhcEtTe*8MQWgZR37JmQygA
I did a Google search and discovered an article which claims that people were having this problem because hackers were accessing computers through WordPress.

I was wondering if anybody else had heard or experienced this problem and whether anybody has a solution please. It is really frustrating.
