[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Text field length change

    I can change the size of the textarea fields in Contact Form 7, but when I add length parameters to text fields, they don’t seem to change the size of the field. Any idea why this is happening?

    Sample textarea shortcode:
    [textarea your-message 60×8] (that works)

    Sample text field shortcode:
    [email* your-email 60/] (I’ve also tried 60/100, but that doesn’t work either)

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    [email* your-email 60/100] should work – that would give you a text field 60 columns wide with a maximum number of 100 characters. I know it’s simple but are you sure you saved the form and refreshed before you tried again?

    All input fields should be like [input-type name cols/chars]
