The URL is: http://saintanthonynj.org/youth/
The theme is Suffusion by Sayontan Sinha.
The theme gives you the option to place a background image for the navigation bar, but I would like to know how to do it with code and not through the theme options.

Look through your themes images folder. If you find the one you wnant to change, one way is to take your new image and copy over the old. Make sure the size is the same and the name.
It looks like some of your backgrounds are made up of small images that are set to repeat.

Thanks for the reply! I was able to get that image in there AND get that gradient I wanted for the menu items.

P.S. Do you think I made the website too wide? Or will it fit on most computer screens?
I am not sure. Yours is 1040 px. I tried on my netbook with a screen that is 7-3/4″ wide and it was too big by just a little. I am trying to make mine sites smaller, like 800 px, because of smart phones but I don’t know if that works. I don’t have a smart phone :^)
I think that is a target you should shoot for as it looks like that market and the ipad type market will continue to grow.
Pls mark this resolved.
