Functions.php error

Hi

I have a custom theme and made a mistake by uploading a studio press child theme without the framework and now get this error when i try to start my custom theme.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/heswi/public_html/privatemedinsurance.co.uk/wp-content/themes/PrivateMedInsurance/lib/init.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/heswi/public_html/privatemedinsurance.co.uk/wp-content/themes/PrivateMedInsurance/functions.php on line 3

The funny thing is functions.php has not been amended. The studio press themes have now been removed. I can start the default twenty ten theme but not my custom them.

Hope you can help, im scratchign my head.
