Missing CSS and unable to access Dashboard

Hi, my name is Denis and my address is http://designhuber.com/wordpress. While I was changing my site address in the General Settings panel of my Dashboard to simply “designhuber.com” when a 404 error code appeared when I tested it out. I also lost my password and the CSS code just disappeared. I can still access my site but the appearance looks distorted. If there is any way to solve this, it would be greatly appreciated.
