Issue Uploading Header Image and Plug Ins

    When I attempt to upload a header for my banner I receive this message, “Unable to create directory D:\Hosting\7504847\html/wp-content/uploads/2011/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    Also, when I attempt to install a plug-in it prompts me to input my FTP info, then appears to try to install. However, the screen goes blank after a few seconds and nothing happens.

    Please help!
