Cannot Access My WP Admin

The website opened fine for me no error

My problem is not same as charriott4s. However, it is under same topic line.
I have following the ‘Famous 5-minute install’. I am at point 6a – wordpress files in hosts root dir. When I enter URL and add ‘/wp-admin/install.php’ I get error message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mimirbooks.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I don’t understand you reference. Do you meam ‘permissions’ concerning the DB? If so, when I entered DB I gave ‘all’ permissions to users.

I finally deleted all and started over again. I used a program from my Host Fantasico I believe and it has the site up. I still have issues, but it is up.
