Removing account verification

Hello, I’m trying to manage how to remove email verification for a new users that registers on my blog, but I can’t find out how to do that.

Anyways when users create new accounts on my blog, they didn’t get passwords to their emails, somethings wrong with that.

So maybe there’s some kind of plugin that removes Email verification, and adds an option where user can specify his own password?
