[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Thumb size stuck

    Ever since my last upgrade (about two weeks ago. I just upgraded again to see if it would fix the problem…it didn’t) my thumbnails are stuck in a vertical 3×4 ratio. The thumbnail setting is still 100X75, but that’s not what it makes and when I try to edit the thumb, I still get the vertical rectangle, and the result is a very small thumb. I’m having the problem on two separate blogs, one on WP3.1 and one on 3.0.5.

    3.0.5 is Closed Circle (Look at “Jane’s books” for comparison of old vs new sizes. Groundties is the new one, even tho it’s first in the gallery)

    The gallery I’m using is the wpestore template, but I’m having the same problem on the other site which doesn’t use that plugin.

    I really hope you can find me an answer for this. I could handle vertical, but these are way too small. That aside, lovin’ the plugin as always! Probably time for another donation.

    Is anyone else having this problem? I never changed defaults on the thumb size. It just started doing this after one of the upgrades. Now, I TRY to change the defaults in the regular thumb controls and it doesn’t change anything.

    Can anyone help me?

    Honestly, this is a serious problem as the thumbs are used in my store and affects completely the presentation of product.

    I’ve tried adjusting the size in the thumb settings and regenerating a thumbnail. It shows correctly in the “manage gallery” page but on the live page, it’s still showing the vertical thumb…just a bit larger.

    I changed nothing! I just upgraded NextGen. Surely I’m not the only one having this problem.

    ARGH! Nevermind. The “ignore aspect ratio/noportrait” box had gotten unchecked. I didn’t do it! And I’ve never had to change that before in an upgrade. Ah, well. Fixed.
