Posts on pages

I am pretty new to wordpress and I am working on getting everything dialed in. I currently have 3 pages: Home, About, Gallery.
What I want to do is, for example, on the Gallery page when I upload a new gallery I want it to post under the gallery page. How do I do that? But I also want it to show up on the home page as like the latest news/post. Is all of this possible?
I currently have nexGEN gallery(which doesnt work but I am trying to also figure that out), is it possible to do this using this gallery or does someone have another plugin that might work better?

Is there a way to allow people to comment on every photo in a particular album?
