[Plugin: Website Under Construction] Website under construction plugin not working

    I just installed the Website Under Construction plugin and it’s not working. I was expecting there to be some words saying that my blog is under construction to appear when I first opened the blog, but there isn’t.

    Anyone familiar with this plugin and how to get it to work? I followed the installation instructions.
