[Plugin: eShop] Empty Shopping Cart Bug/Issue

Hello,

Need some urgent help. I’m running the latest version of your eshop and am having this bug with empty carts.

e.g. Pick an item you want to buy….add to cart…. proceed to checkout and then it says that the cart is empty. Therefore no one on my site can check out. Could you please help. Here is a link to one of my items on the site: http://toyporium.com.au/2011/01/23/nerf-n-strike-longstrike-cs-6/

Please try to check out and see the issue I’m talking about.

I am happy to make a small donation for a quick solution to this issue.

it’s a php sessions issue, speak to your web hosts.

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me 🙂

My host says “I do not see any problems with session setup on your server. sessions are being stored in /tmp partition on the server which is ok currently”.

I am a bit out of my depth….do you have any other suggestions or direction that may be able to assist me?

Also please note that I have previously been using this cart for months and this issue has not occurred. So I am complexed as to why it has started now.

Will pay handsomely to have issue resolved..losing business and can’t fix it. I was really loving the eshop aswell

I went back to an older version and the shopping cart is working again. So the issue must rest with the latest version? Anyways I am very interested in the development of this plugin and plan to make future donations(it is in the best interests of my site). Also it seems to lack compatibility with Chrome, do you find that to be true?

if you had to roll back, could it be a plugin/theme incompatability issue?

Don’t know of any specific chrome issues, but chrome is a very buggy browser (as I am finding out).
