    i have just install word press and change all information as documented however when i navigate to wp-admin/install.php i can not get a installation page to display in either ie or firfox

    what do you get when you try to go to wp-admin/install.php

    Hi i get a blank screen not what i was expecting
    I completed the information for the data base connection and secret key etc

    Try to enable DisplayErrors for php and check http logs of your website. May be you’ll find an error there and it will be a key to solution.

    Hi thank you I am trying to figure that out now i can access my PHP through my cpanel and make this change i guess

    Problem Solved install use Cpanel then upgraded as per Utune video work 100 %
