Check your theme’s function.php file.
What am I checking for? I don’t see ‘WP_SITEURL’ or ‘WP_HOME’ in there.

Some of the recommended fixes are only supposed to be used once and then removed. Perhaps you still have the relevant lines in your theme.
I looked through it. I don’t see anything! Lemme try temporarily disabling functions.php and see how it looks in the back end…
After deleting functions.php, the “WordPress address (URL)” field is still grayed out.
Erm – I’m not sure you should have deleted the functions.php from your theme. Did you move this site at some time in the past?
I backed my functions.php up, don’t worry. It broke my theme, but the option in the backend remained grayed out.
Indeed in the past I moved my client’s wordpress install from str8wayent.com to str8wayent.com/the_truth.
Ah! See the latter part of this Codex entry. Specifically:
OPTION 2. If you forget to change the WordPress Address and Blog Address, you will be unable to change it using the wordpress interface. However, you can fix it if you have access to the database.
Yeah, there’s nothing wrong there.
The WP install is located at http://str8wayent.com/the_truth/
and both ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’ are set to http://str8wayent.com/the_truth/ in the database. All is as it should be.

Well, I can at least assure you that it’s not eShop that’s causing this. It doesn’t mess with the site urls. Have you tried deactivating all of your other plugins? Or trying the Twenty Ten theme?
