add new tag to posts?

Hey

I have a new blogg with about 100 posts need to add a tag to all posts that ive missed, is there anyway to add a a new tag to all posts troug hany kind of SQL command in phpmyadmin insteed of going trough all 100 posts and adding it post by post ?
