What is "E-mail URL"?

My theme is Woo’s The Morning After.

It asks me to fill in my “E-mail URL.” This is defined as “your preferred E-mail subscription URL. (Feedburner or other).”

Will someone please explain to this novice what that means?

I have already entered my RSS URL, so this probably isn’t the same.
