Looking for a Media control plugin

    Does there exist a plugin where I can control user access to media content? I want to do it using Role Scoper roles, for example, if anyone in Group 1 uploads a document it is automatically is visible to anyone in that group. If someone is a member in two groups, they get to choose which (or both) of the groups has access to the upload.
