Loopping images in header banner

    I have two questions:

    1. I can edit all the pages I’ve created but the defaul “Home” page I dont’ know where to edit the content for that with HTML or the “Visual” editor Word Press provides.
    2. I’ve just been introduced to WordPress and figuring things out. I loaded a static Header picture that shows at the top of every page I created BUT I want to loop 3-4 different images continuously in the header at the top of every page.

    1. Your Home page is probably a display of your most recent posts rather than a WordPress Page. If you would prefer to have a static front page, see Creating_a_Static_Front_Page.

    2. Try looking for a suitable rotating banner plugin

    OK…thanks…#1 is addressed. But for #2 I downloaded, installed, and activated a rotating banner plugin. It sees the 5 image files I want to rotate, I’ve specified the refresh rate i want them to rotate, and specified the CSS ID as “header” (without the quotes of course) but the header doesn’t rotate or even display one of the 5 pictures. I’m using Header Image Rotator – Basic by Matthew Hough and found it on this site http://wpimagerotator.com/

    Is there a better rotating plug in you can refer me to?

    Sorry but I’ve never used one of the rotating banner plugins. I tend to code my own rotation scripts.
