Specific category post(s) emailed to subscribers

Is there a plugin that features a “subscribe” feature, and upon subscription users will be emailed actual post content when a new post is entered?

Eg. when I create a new post in category “Event Updates/Changes”, with subject “Event xyz postponed” and message “Event xyz postponed until blah blah blah. More details will follow.”, anyone who has subscribed to the “Event Updates/Changes” category will receive a basic email w/ subject & message details.

I have a single category I need this for. Thanks!
