Long Lag time

Hi there,

I was wondering if it was normal to experience a slow lag time after updating anything in the Admin section. I’m trying to build a new site but each new plugin, widget or change I make takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to about it?

Its not my internet connection. Everything is running smoothly on other sites.
