Ratings for posts

I am trying to implement the Ratings plugin for my blog. I have so far been able to get the Ratings “for the owner” but I have not been able to get it to have ratings “for the reader”. When I tested the “for the owner part, I can enter a rating for a post and I can see it appear just before the title of the post, but when I try to implement the “for the reader” section, I do not see any rating form for the reader. Can anyone who has done this successfully help?
