Widgets Randomly Not Working

I’m having problems with 2 widgets in particular:

1) WP-POLLS

As you can see on http://www.planetsteelers.com the WP-POLLS widget says:

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.
Polls Archive

This is incorrect, as I have a poll defined and set to display. If you look at http://www.planetsteelers.com/category/pittsburgh-steelers/defense/ the Poll displays just fine. Why does the poll display on one page and not the other?

2) The Flash-Animated Tags

Again, on http://www.planetsteelers.com my Steelers Tags widget does not display. It’s just a “black box” but does not display any tags. However, http://www.planetsteelers.com/category/pittsburgh-steelers/defense/ displays the widget just fine. Why is this happening across the different pages?
