post / article title as shortcode

    sorry but i kind o new of WP, and is not really clear to me is the are some basic short code

    what i need id to print the post / article title in the footer, the footer is printed by a plugin where it is possible to insert custom code

    can i use a shortcode to insert article title?
    how?
