Finding actual page content within backup folder

    I messed up the layout I coded out on one of my WP pages, but I have a backup of entire site prior to those changes.

    How do I find the HTML code of that page in the backup folder? Should I search for the page name in the folder or does WordPress name the page files in numbered fashion?
