Can't find a good "spoiler" plugin

I’m working on a revamp of my website and will be using WordPress for it’s “new and improved” version. One of the things I’m trying to figure out currently is how to hide certain text or images.

I would like something similar. A way to format the text and wrapper of the text/image would be ideal.

Any help would be appreciated!
